What’s in the Box:
Green beans, garlic, sweet peppers including chocolate bell and red italian corno di toro peppers, hungarian hot wax peppers, sweet yellow onion, eggplant, mustard greens, cherry tomatoes, and acorn squash for Bi Weekly members only.
What’s Going on at the Farm:
This week on the farm we will be planting spinach yet and cleaning up some more mulch and drip. Our storage onions will all be sun cured and topped by the end of the week as well. Other crops coming soon will include salad mix, radish, celery, spaghetti squash, ground cherry, tomatillo, and red onions.
