Sesame Kale Salad

Serves: 4-6
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 Tbs Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs Sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • sesame seeds or sticks (optional)
  1. Chop kale stems and leaves and saute or steam until tender and then drain the kale by colander pressing out the excess liquid
  2. Add the other mixed wet ingredients with the fresh garlic to the kale and mix in the bowl
  3. Mix in sesame seed or sticks if desired.
