- 1 Choy
- olive oil, soy sauce, or teriyaki
Instructions
- Heat grill
- Slice choy in half lengthwise and rinse out the base of the choy
- Place on grill open-face down, cook for 5 minutes each side
- Drizzle olive oil or sauce of your choosing over choy while open-face up
- Remove and enjoy!
