Red potatoes, leeks, garlic, white turnips, salad mix, arugula, green pepper, hot pepper (jalapeno or serrano), and daikon radish.
What’s Going on at the Farm:
This week on the farm we are still preparing to plant garlic and this means prepping the ground as well as the garlic. Clean up is coming along one section at a time as well and we should be able to till and plant rye and hairy vetch this week to cover some open areas. We brought the potatoes in for you all from a certified organic potato farm from right here in Wisconsin. We didn’t have the room to grow our own fall storage potatoes for you but thought they would be a good addition to our fall boxes as most everyone I know enjoys a good potato. Enjoy! 🙂
