Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 2 Tbs Soy sauce
- 2 Tbs Sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- sesame seeds or sticks (optional)
Instructions
- Chop kale stems and leaves and saute or steam until tender and then drain the kale by colander pressing out the excess liquid
- Add the other mixed wet ingredients with the fresh garlic to the kale and mix in the bowl
- Mix in sesame seed or sticks if desired.
