Ingredients
  • 1 Choy
  • olive oil, soy sauce, or teriyaki
Instructions
  1. Heat grill
  2. Slice choy in half lengthwise and rinse out the base of the choy
  3. Place on grill open-face down, cook for 5 minutes each side
  4. Drizzle olive oil or sauce of your choosing over choy while open-face up
  5. Remove and enjoy!
